We have recently released a new module in Blueforce. The Employee Points module was developed to help employers improve employee performance and productivity by motivating them to adhere to attendance policies.
This customizable module can be used to measure performance based on any positive or negative criteria you choose, providing visibility into employee performance so managers can easily identify offenders, better understand problem areas and address them accordingly. By understanding and addressing employee problem behaviors, employers can minimize disruption and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
Using the new Employee Points module, you can track employee absences, late arrivals and early departures based on schedules. You can also track positive accomplishments such as customer feedback. On demand reports provide instant transparency into employee attendance.
How It Works
- Assign point values and determine thresholds for various infractions or positive accomplishments. The Employee Points module automatically tallies points so you can keep an eye on employee performance at all times.
- Receive real time alerts via text or email when an employee reaches the specified threshold.
- Run reports to learn at a glance who has accumulated how many points, which infractions workers struggle with, and who is triggering alerts.
