That’s why we introduced Blueforce Mobile Punch™, our mobile time tracking system. It’s quick and easy to use, but hard to abuse, thanks to integrated GPS.
Blueforce Mobile Punch is a native-developed application that quickly transforms any iPhone®, Android® smartphone, iPad®, or tablet into a portable, handheld time clock.
First of all, we made it fast and easy to use for your employee. There’s no confusion; users receive instant confirmation that they punched in. If someone is late or absent, you’ll get real-time email and or text alerts, just like our biometric time clocks.
Second, Mobile Punch is hard to outsmart with our GPS verification. Users are required to turn on their GPS in order to punch in. Mobile Punch captures the date, time and GPS location and flags you if the punch was made outside an acceptable range. If cell service is down, the punch is still captured and sent up to Blueforce when coverage is back up.
Finally, Mobile Punch adapts to fit your workforce. You can configure it for a single employee or you can have the manager punch in for his group or work crew. Mobile Punch can track location, task or work ticket—just like your Blueforce tracking system on our Fonen, Web Punch and WalTer products. You can even capture meal breaks.
And of course, Blueforce Mobile Punch integrates well with all our other time tracking devices, so you can use them together, covering every member of your hard-to-track workforce.
