In this program, each employees’ wages are automatically debited to a Visa Pay Card on the company’s regular pay day. Each employee then has the ability to print their pay stub from a T6 biometric time clock that is available at their work location. These pay stubs can be printed on pay day or at any time in the future when the employee needs the information.

 

This ability to print pay stubs on location from the same device used by employees to record their time is unique to EPAY Systems and is the key to significant cost savings. This patented technology enables employers to meet the legal requirements of providing employees with a pay stub without having to incur either batch or individual mailing costs associated with sending each employee their paycheck.

 

The Visa Pay Card can be used to purchase almost anything and is accepted at any merchant or business that accepts Visa. Therefore, users of the card can pay their bills, buy products or services on-line or in person, or receive cash from the card. Essentially, whatever you need money for, our Pay Card meets that need.

 

Also, unlike many card programs, the EPAY Visa Pay Card allows users to withdraw cash from thousands of locations without incurring a transaction fee. This saves the employee money relative to most major card programs. Money that exists on our Pay Card is safe from loss or theft. Finally, enrolling employees and activating their cards is quick and easy. An employee completes a simple application and receives their card on the spot. The enrollment form is transmitted to headquarters, the card is registered to the employee via our secure website and the corresponding ABA and DDA are entered into the payroll file. Once the card is registered the employee calls an 800 number to select their own 4 digit PIN(Personal Identification Number), and activate the card. On their next pay date, their money is available on the card first thing in the morning.
