Blueforce is a Software-as-a-Service(SaaS)cloud application that delivers Time and Labor Management over the Internet. EPAY Systems’ solution is web-hosted and runs on our network infrastructure eliminating the need for customers to buy and install the software on their computers. Blueforce is subscription based. Customers only pay for usage based on the specific number of employees who are using the service.

 

Blueforce displays timesheets in real-time so work hours, project budgets, scheduling, and shifts can be tracked live. Users can track, manage, and account for employee time by site, project, customer, department, or any other user-defined category. Additionally, the system enables managers to receive alerts when an employee is absent, tardy, or meets any other pre-determined provision that’s important to the organization.
