Our T11 biometric Time and Attendance tracking system is the newest hardware device for the employee population that works at an off-site location.

 

The T11 was designed to provide the core features that most organizations need while eliminating some of the enhanced features that certain organizations don’t require. This results in a smaller, more streamlined, less expensive device that meets the requirements of many organizations.

 

Like the T6 Timeclock, the T11 collects time and labor information from remote locations via patented biometric technology and transmits the data to the people responsible for managing the employee and to the people responsible for administering the various aspects of the payroll function.

 

Because time theft, often caused by buddy punching, is a major cost to organizations with a distributed workforce, the T11 biometric technology ensures that companies accurately capture exactly who is at work and the specific time that their employees are on the job. By accurately capturing this information, companies save an average of three percent of payroll costs for these employees translating into even greater savings to their organization’s bottom line.

 

Further, the T11 system can alert managers when employees are late for work, when additional time spent on the job causes labor costs to be over budget, and transmits the data a company requires to a secure website for payroll processing and for managing various aspects of the business.

 

When combined with our Blueforce software, the T11 serves as a live timecard collection device.

The T11 device is approximately fifty percent smaller than the T6 because a few of the enhanced features of the T6 have been eliminated. Like all of our solutions, the T11 is easy to use. Employees simply place their finger on the image reader and the device confirms the employees’ identity.
