History

EPAY Systems entered the Time and Labor Management business in 2001 in order to provide better, faster, and less expensive alternatives to the legacy solutions that were the prevalent option for organizations at that time.

Working directly with future customers to design our first solution, EPAY Systems was able to combine its technology expertise with the perspective of practitioners who were charged with managing payroll, time and labor, budgets, P&L statements, and compliance. From that initial solution, we’ve become the industry leader for organizations with the most challenging employee segment to manage; the distributed workforce. 

 Based on the significant growth in our customer base each year, our organization has grown as well to meet the current and future needs of our customers. With employees located around the world, all working as a single profit center and focused only on helping clients manage their labor force, we’re able to address our customer's needs 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
